Himanta Biswa Sarma, the chief minister of Assam, praised Ratan Tata and N Chandrasekaran, the chairman and emeritus chairman of Tata Sons, for establishing the ₹27,000-crore Tata semiconductor factory in Assam during their meeting in Mumbai on Wednesday.
