According to ANI, which cited sources, the formation of the NDA government and PM Modi’s inauguration is expected to occur on June 8 due to approval from the “kingmakers,” the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the Janata Dal-United (JDU).

During an alliance meeting, both parties are scheduled to formally submit letters of support to the BJP.

In 2024, the BJP won 240 seats in the Lok Sabha. Despite the party’s inability to gain a majority, the NDA has managed to secure 295 seats collectively via the support of its coalitions.
