5th Test Day 1 Live Score between IND and ENG: On the fifth day of the Test match, India defeated England with a meager score of 218 runs at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium in Dharmsala thanks to Kuldeep Yadav’s fourth five-wicket haul and R master class. 

Nine wickets were divided between Kuldeep Yadav (5 for 72) and R Ashwin (4 for 51), with Ravindra Jadeja chipping in with one.

Following the tea break, Ben Foakes discussed boundaries.

Playing in his 100th Test match, Ashwin first removed Foakes to end the 35-run stand for the ninth wicket before picking up James Anderson’s wicket to finish off England. 

At the gorgeous venue, the England captain won the toss and chose to bat first. They were leading at 137 for 2 at one point, but they lost the next eight wickets for just 81 runs.

England lost six wickets for 94 runs during the second session. 

Opening batsman Zak Crawley made a refined half-century in the morning session after edging out a prolonged opening burst from the Indian pacers.

Despite reaching his fourth fifty of the series, he was unable to convert once again.
